Your bookings, with no commission
Your own booking page at bookup.ge/your-name and one calendar for all your apartments. 39 ₾ a month, however many bookings you take.
Calls, messages, a notebook: all in one calendar
One guest writes to you on Facebook, another rings you, and you write the dates in a notebook or in Excel. One mistake and you have two guests on the same night. In Bookup every booking lands in one calendar, and one date cannot be booked twice.
A returning guest comes straight to you
A guest who enjoyed staying with you gets your link next time. On your page they see the free dates and the price, and they book directly, with no commission.
- The page carries your name and your logo, nobody else's.
- The guest pays the rent straight to you.
- For every confirmed booking the guest gets an invoice in your name.

Frequently asked questions
Did not find your answer? Write to us and we reply within 2 hours on a working day.
I am on other booking sites too. How do I use Bookup?
Bookup does not connect automatically to other platforms' calendars, so you block dates by hand: if a date is booked on another site, block it in the Bookup calendar. Inside Bookup a double booking is impossible. A new guest may find you on another site; a returning one books straight on your page, with no commission.
How does the guest pay?
Straight to you, however the two of you agree. On confirmation the guest gets an invoice with your name and your bank details. Bookup does not touch the rent.
Will a guest from abroad understand the page?
Yes. The page, the notifications and the cancellation terms are in Georgian, English and Russian, and you can show the price in lari, dollars or euros.
How will guests find my page?
Bookup is not a catalogue. You share the link yourself: on Instagram, on Facebook, in a message, or with a guest as they leave.
How many apartments can I add?
On Starter, 1 apartment; on Professional, up to 5 apartments. During the free 7 days you can add as many as Professional allows. For six apartments or more, get in touch with us.
Will a manager be able to see everything?
No, only what you give them: the calendar, confirming bookings, prices, apartments, analytics or managing the team. Each one is switched on separately.
Can I manage it from my phone?
Yes, Bookup works on a phone like an app. You get a notification of a new booking by email and on your phone.
What happens after the 7 days?
If you do not choose a plan, the account becomes read-only and the page stops taking new bookings. Existing bookings are kept. You never need a card at any point: payment is by invoice.
The next booking, on your own page
7 days free, without a card. 39 ₾ a month, with no commission.
