Bookup works on a phone like an app: you do not have to download anything.
- You get a notification of a new booking by email and on your phone.
- Choose: a booking is confirmed instantly, or you confirm it yourself first.
- We remind you before your reply window runs out, and a request you do not answer closes automatically once the window is up. You choose the window yourself.

What happens after the 7 days?
The free period starts the moment you register and you do not need a card. For those 7 days you have the Professional limits: up to 5 listings and 2 co-hosts. We remind you 2 days before it ends. If you do not choose a plan, the account becomes read-only: you can see everything but not change it, and the page stops taking new bookings. Existing bookings are kept.
Does Bookup take a commission on bookings?
No. You only pay the monthly price: 39 ₾ or 79 ₾. The guest pays the rent straight to you.
How do I pay for the subscription?
By invoice, with a bank transfer. VAT is included in the price. There is no contract: you can cancel the subscription at any time.
I am on other booking sites too. How do I use Bookup?
Bookup does not connect automatically to other platforms' calendars, so you block dates by hand: if a date is booked on another site, block it in the Bookup calendar. Inside Bookup a double booking is impossible. A new guest may find you on another site; a returning one books straight on your page, with no commission.
How will guests find my page?
Bookup is not a catalogue. It is your own booking system. You share the link yourself: on Instagram, on Facebook, in a message or on a business card.
Does a guest have to register?
Yes, to book, a guest registers once, free of charge. With that account they can book with any host on Bookup and see all their bookings and invoices in one place.
Is my data safe?
Each host's data is stored separately, and we make a backup every day.
