Your house, your page
- The address bookup.ge/your-name, with your logo and your description. You do not have to build a website.
- The page, the notifications and the cancellation terms are in three languages: Georgian, English and Russian.
- You show the price in lari, dollars or euros.
- A guest's review appears on your page, and you can reply to it.
The price, the way you work it out
- A price that follows the number of guests: one for two people, another for four.
- Set the season and weekend prices once, and the system works out the rest.
- A discount on dates you choose, as a percentage or as a sum.
- The guest pays the price they saw when they booked.
Every booking in one calendar
- A double booking is impossible in Bookup.
- You decide: a booking is confirmed instantly, or you look at it first.
- The guest gets a reminder before arrival, and an invoice in your name on confirmation.
- Ask for what you need at booking: the arrival time, a phone number, passport details.
- Give a family member only the rights they need, confirming bookings for instance.
- You get a notification of a new booking by email and on your phone. Bookup works on a phone like an app.

Do I need a website?
No. Bookup gives you a ready booking page at bookup.ge/your-name. You fill it in like a form.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You set the page up by filling in a form: no website building and no programming.
Will a guest from abroad understand it?
Yes. The page, the notifications and the cancellation terms are in Georgian, English and Russian.
Can I price by the number of guests?
Yes. You set the price per night, or per guest per night, with season and weekend prices as well.
I have several rooms. How do I add them?
Every room is a listing of its own, with its own calendar and its own price. For 3 rooms, for instance, you need Professional: it holds up to 5 listings. For six rooms or more, get in touch with us.
How does the guest pay?
Straight to you, however the two of you agree. On confirmation the guest gets an invoice with your name and your bank details. Bookup does not touch the money.
How will guests find my page?
Bookup is not a catalogue. You send the link yourself: in a message, on Facebook, on Instagram, or to previous guests.
What do I need in order to publish the page?
A contact telephone number and your legal details: as a private individual, as a sole trader, or as a company. Those are exactly the details that appear on the invoice.
What happens after the 7 days?
If you do not choose a plan, the account becomes read-only and the page stops taking new bookings. Existing bookings are kept. Payment is by invoice; you do not need a card.
