When everybody signs in with the same account, nobody knows who changed a price or who blocked a date. In Bookup each co-host has their own way in and only the rights you gave them.

Every listing in one calendar
- A double booking is impossible in Bookup: two co-hosts cannot sell the same date twice.
- A booking is confirmed instantly or by hand: you choose separately for every listing.
- We remind you before the reply window runs out, and a request nobody answers closes automatically.
- An invoice is created automatically for every confirmed booking.
- Season and weekday prices, a price that follows the number of guests, lari / dollars / euros.
The picture of the business on one screen
Occupancy across the whole account, the number of bookings, confirmed revenue and the average rating, for this month, last month, the next 30 days or a period you choose.
The guest sees your name
A booking page at bookup.ge/your-name, with your logo. The invoice goes out in your name. Three languages: Georgian, English, Russian.

How many co-hosts can I add?
On Professional, 2 co-hosts besides yourself (and the same during the free 7 days). If you need more, or you have more than six listings, get in touch with us.
What does a co-host see?
Only what you give them. A new co-host starts with no rights at all: you switch on the ones they need out of the six.
How do I add a co-host?
You enter their email address and send them an invitation link. They choose their own password and sign in with their own account.
What if a co-host leaves?
You withdraw their access in one action. The bookings and the data stay on the account.
Can I see analytics for each listing separately?
Analytics cover the whole account: occupancy, bookings, confirmed revenue and rating for every listing together.
We have more than six listings. What does it cost?
For six listings and above we agree the terms individually. Write to us on WhatsApp or on Viber: +995 557 58 55 85. We reply within 2 hours on a working day.
We work on other booking sites too. Will the calendars connect?
No. Bookup does not connect automatically to other platforms' calendars, so you block the dates by hand: a co-host blocks a date booked on another site in the Bookup calendar. Inside Bookup a double booking is impossible.
Is the data safe?
Each account's data is stored separately, and we make a backup every day.
